That Fortress is soo close to an idea I had just before I made my tank, I was originally going to make a tank that was basically a onland battleship.... Dam. Anyhow nice job. My take on what a stealth tank could look like (I am aware that things such as the tracks and the slightly flat front would cause reflection and that radar isnt often used on ground vehicles IRL but its just a game). It could walk without hopping, but it would involve some ridiculus circular movements while balancing the body on two legs.

Other than that its a very..... Creative design.

Kewl design, except for that shield. Not too sure what its purpose is except to recieve fire thats not going to hit the rest of the body. What if it kinda wrapped around the side of its body?

Now I have to come up with something original........ I've got it, I will make a tank. Excellent.

I was actually thinking about perhaps having an animation that would deploy "braces" or just have it stop hovering and plonk itself down onto the ground before it fired.

Mmmm maybe. For all intents and purposes at the moment theres not much point, it looks kewler in a stance like that and looks are all that matters at the moment. :wink:

Done, but I cant seem to get the positions perfect, they are always out by about 0.001-0.002 when I use absolute commands, I think that part of the leg must not be straight or something. I cant be bothered looking through all the parts for the error, and 0.002 shouldnt make too much of a difference....

Righto, Gun size has been reduced. The guns were also changed a fair bit (they would now require a bit of texturing to look like decent guns). The arm holding the guns has been increased in size and he feat have had a few poly's cut off to make em look pointy. Feedback was good to have. Sorry rattle...

1124 Tris, not a bad effort for something with four legs, two guns and proper joints (joints that dont overlap, each other). I got the exact same problem aGorm, and you better not have an idea like mine :P I made a quick model of it earlier and its poly count was 1500 and it wasnt anywhere near finished. Not sure but I dont think there were many to kill either if any at all. :(
