Reimplementation of xta
If i had the time, and help, for tweaking xta, this would be (partially) the plan. Its basically a simple remake with plain vanilla complexity, and focus on usability/bug fixing. http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e35/6u0W/spring/theplan.jpg Missing in the list: *Implementate noob training camp -poss...

Re: anyone still playing? when?
We have shitty balance. Shitload of mod options and levers that confuses the new player. No video tutorial for BAD sd8v8lo LOVERS (punishment wighs included uppon starting with solars or building uberly cost reduced (blame pintle) Heavy fusion). Spring keeps getting broken with every release. (as do...

Re: Important announcement: modinfo.tdf support to be dropped
is there a reason to drop support for the old file formats? Is there a reason for you not even reading the first post of the thread? See i have no idea what is going on with development at the moment. but i dislike you dropping support for the old formats. i guess "speed up the handling of arc...

Will tasclient be included in the official release?
i see no reason to drop a good, mature and mantained lobby client.
please include it in the installer.

Re: Com (unit) napping
Unit napping with the hover is a tactic the players have agreed is not fair. And in a normal game will be objected if someone does it. I have had no problems in real games with this. Blocking it will only make impossible what is already agreed as a rule. picking up paralyzed units sounds nice. And t...

... minelayers ( found at t1 vehicle plant ) have a "self charge" explosion that can be used as a weapon/self defense? (this cant be activated by selfd hotkey, but you need to click in the button). This explosion will not kill the minelayer if full hp.

Re: Commander balance talk.
Compulsory is to an habit what chronic is for a illness?
i dont see anything about establishing that relation in this posts anyhow.
what i can see clearly is that next time im about to queue 3 solars, i rather morph, as its faster/cheaper, and has bonus stats with it.

Re: Commander balance talk.
You forgot cloak cost decrease. Dgun range increase can happen later, when t2 is in place, imo. To be more detailed about commander morph cost. It costs 400 metal, and 1300 energy, and 30 secs (dunno how is that in bt). If you morph, you need: 2 solars You spent: 280 m in solars 400 metal for morph ...
