TechA had a quick fix for command_fx crashing added the day before this thread was opened, live on server the same day, but an engine side fix is needed as game still lag, also just to warn you this is not the only trick he has been doing to upsets games. :evil: Could you please you post about this...

gdb spring.exe
run
when it crash and you have gdb window: bt full
(I type it from my memory, it is better to google it)

I think that they should match t2 converters.

I think that nerfing t1 energy->metal converters was a bad idea and it should be reverted back
they were helping t1 players a lot
Also a lot of t1 units were nerfed like Janus and Leveler.. Samsons are useless too.

The game slows down with /luaui disable too
I think only one thing game devs can do: do not allow to queue more then 50 buildings per player! I guess game will be less attractive after that change :-)

Previously "Riffle" was used as a sniper weapon. And "Riffle" is outdated and not supported weapon. Engine devs told me to get rid of Riffle and to replace it with the Cannon. And they refused to fix Riffle related bugs

LOS: can line of sight just be improved to the range of most units? Tactical scouting encourages scout spam. There is no reason for it... ...and why do these bots all have such terrible optics that they are limited to about 100 M at best? Try to play OpenRA - their units are much more blind :-) LOS...

You can join 1v1 battlerooms and play some 1v1 games. They will teach you how to use t1 effectively.
Watch replays when you loose. Try to understand: what you could do better.

Usually in team games people are analyzing situations, taking risks. Do not play too safe.
