Widget for dynamic GFX settings?

Would it be possible to do a widget that can change your graphic settings dynamically ingame depending on your fps? It would make it possible to use at the start of the game other options then later in the game. Maybe u can enter a threshold of about 30fps and settings like shadows, water etc. get a...

Yes, same here. It seems that the files LuaUI\Headers\opengl.h.lua LuaUI\Headers\spring.h.lua are missing. I couldn't use any custom lua widgets without them. EDIT: spring.h.lua is essential, but opengl.h.lua was also missing. I don't know if it is needed too. BTW: Thanks for the widgets, they are g...

I think we need to do it. We should get spring back to a playable state at first. Then try to fix the bugs.

EDIT:
Ok, i just read that there is already a patch witch can be used with the 0.75b release, so lets test this first i think.

I found a big bug  Compilation completly fails due to a dumb bug. But that one is fixed now. The "AddDirectory" thing is strange. It doesnt occur on my develop machine but on any other machine i have tested :-/ As soon as I get this one, I will upload a new version, sorry for that...

BTW: Thanks for testing!

Wow!

I didn't even know that mapConv is able to compile from JPGs as well... Are there any other image formats mapConv is capable of?

EDIT:
I assume it worked correctly before but didnt show the image information correctly right?

You are now able to use your own fs.txt and to include custom files in the archive... So check this out :-)

But his entire screen is still. He is also able to give away his stuff to a teammate. I dont have a clue whats t...

Superfast cpu + 2fps as an ally?
But the question is not if he is a good player or how many enemys he will defeat. The question is: Will his machine bring the entire game to an unplayable state?

Nice to hear that :-)

Not really, maybe an option to choose a fs.txt-file just like the other files.
But if there are particular features you would like to see I will truly try to implement them (or any other stuff you think should be changed).

It seems to be vital to disable solid archive functions in 7zip when crunching the map. An enabled solid function takes ages to load in spring.

Can u give more details on this? I cant really imagine how this works.
Is it an issue with non-integer values? Lets say the mingw-version calculates a unit position to 32.4434534635 while VC gets to 32.4434534636 or something like that?

Thanks for info!
