I to have been hearing how people say this movie is so funny. I watched it and did not laugh at any of it. It was just plain stupid. Its sad really seeing how movies and tv shows are turning out. They keep getting stupider and people want more. All were left with is crappy shows and movies ala "...

Conventional Aircraft

I think that the ability to have the ability to have conventional aircraft in spring would be very helpful. Realism mods would greatly benefit with aircraft that takeoff a runway rather then taking off by vtol. I would imagine that the runway would have to have certain points to tell the unit what t...

yea a claymore is both a sword and a directional mine. The mine is packed with ball bearings and explodes like a shotgun blast in a certain direction and kills anything up to 30 meters.

Could be an interesting feature. It might be best to have the mappers define the amount of metal in each patch. I think it could be used to create emphasis to expand. You could start out with small patchs that run out quickly and force you to expand to find larger deposits to sustain your war machine.

I agree with FizWizz on this one. The map makers place the metal spots where they want to give the map a certain style of play. If you were to change the extractor radius for instance, you could take control of metal patchs from farther.

I beleive that the problem with the collision spheres is from the fact that it is a 3do model. (I remember hearing this somewhere, but Im not sure if it is correct.) You might want to try to get the models into .s30 format. The benefit is that you can create your own custom shaped collision spheres ...

That sort of bone system could work although im not sure how much work it is to code in wheighted vertices and what not. What would be greate is to have a program similar to Servo (I think thats the program). In this program you move the parts to the desired location and take a snapshot of the moved...

A more realistic time frame would be in the 2100's, we will more than likely acheive FTL (fast than light) travel, we will still use some common military vehicle configurations but they will be mainly comprised of hover/anti-gravity technology, this would be a superior alternative to giant robots a...

Sweet a new command and conquer game. I have always loved the tiberium timeline but I have that that it would have been cool if it was before the tiberium came and you could see the rise of the GDI and NOD and there battle for the world.

Well one method that helps when UV mapping is to have the UVs different sizes. If you want something to have more detail you make the UVs bigger so that you can add detail to them. If it is something like an antennae you could make the UVs for that very small.

Reason being, there is just no need. Artillary units simply are all that is needed to break the porcupines spines. Also, one thing to note is that turrets, while quite useful cannot stand up to a dedicated assault. Another thing that ppl should know is that artillary should always be part of an att...
