Re: KAIK completely defenseless against Air
While Shard is nice, he did ask about KAIK rather than what alternative AIs there are. As far as I know, there's no configs for KAIK along the lines of build orders. It's designed with *A mods in mind, but doesn't yet pay attention to air. Not sure about the state of it's development process, so an ...

Indeed. Doesn't seem to deter us much, plus we could always just swim over to Estonia.Gota wrote:Isnt liquor expensive in finland?

Replace the normal commander with the Popemobile, replace the unit noises with Gregorian chants or something.

There's this doughnut chain in Finland called Arnold's (or well, i've only seen 1 of them unfortunately), absolutely bloody brilliant but rather pricey :/

Re: The Pope Visits Britain
My favourite quote: The Popemobile: keeps bullets from getting in, and children from getting out. Under international law, Vatican City is, in fact, considered a sovereign state, with the Pope as it's head. Specifically, it was established in 1929 with the Lateran Treaty. It even hands out it's own ...

Re: The Pope Visits Britain
As far as i'm concerned, the Vatican should not exist as a sovereign state I believe it's not, because to be a state you need to have a people, and there are no vaticanians because theyre celibate! and the Pope should certainly not be given diplomatic immunity as a head of state. Well technically h...

Indeed, no religion should be handling state affairs.

Re: Skirmish AI: E323AI 3.19.1
Glad to see it works with NOTA now, now i've finally got an alternative to RAI's thin stream of units waddling towards their death. That being said, the thing that stands out to me the most is it's disinterest in flak; only ever saw the enemy build a few mobile flak late into the game (and not a sin...

Re: Supreme Annihilation U50 V1.0 discussion
Doesn't seem to work properly; commanders spawn fine and all, but the resources bars show 0 yet stretch to infinity regardless of map or resource setting (whether one be set to spawn with anything between and including 1 or 10,000 energy and mass). Also, trying to build something results in the init...

The thing is it shouldn't be firing if it doesn't have a clear line of fire.Wombat wrote:units/buildings block shots, thats normal (why would u place flak in base anyway), aa does shitty damage to ground stuff so who cares anyway

Stationary flak hitting own buildings
When I place a flak gun between 2 building with one space between each, the flak shell consistently hits the building instead, even when firing straight forward and up. Is this meant to happen?

Weeeee new version works great as far as I can tell
Probably some ways it could play better, but at the moment it surpasses my pathetic skill level.
