Re: an important question
Oh, sure, in the longer term, water will then move out of the GI tract through the kidneys and refill that bladder, which will raise the water level in direct proportion to the amount of liquid involved vs. the volume of the bathtub (i.e., if it's wider, it will rise less). Only if you ate or drank...

Re: why dont u just play the game?
NOTA is very frustrating if you are either dumb, or don't understand it.
However, if you play a few games and come to a basic understanding of how it works, it's fun, strategic, and unforgiving.

I haven't even tried any AI's, since the finest botbashing available is Spacebugs!
Re: NOTA 1.58
Extra range should also mean better overlap of fields of fire, for a better combination of coverage and focus.
Re: NOTA 1.58
How much longer is its range though? If it gets another shot in....

Re: Random WIP
Mm, spring's got what, three or four mods that could step up to the plate if the TA stuff got squished? That's more than enough.
But if you only want OTA levels of modelling, maybe someone can help out?

Re: Need modeler for Evolution RTS
You work, you get better, the old stuff is still good and still useful. Spring has as more need of lots of OK models with OK textures than it does one blindingly brilliant, perfect masterpiece. What you've been doing with Evolution is fantastic. Also, I can't think of more than two or three original...

Re: The economics of Spring mod users
Argh makes sense.
But, if Atari/Infogrames is in the crap they may not WANT to put a price on the TA IP, they may want that IP on their books for an optimistic estimated value to balance out borrowings.

Re: SupCom-esqe spawning of the commander
I don't see how you can stop some lame tactics with a game as flexible as current CA under Spring. Maybe there needs to be a "competition" checkbox that limits or disallows boost, uses fixed start points, etc. Personally, I play Chickens in CA, which has allowed me to get about 4 of my mat...

Boost rocks. I love boost. Everyone I know loves boost. It makes initial build order both fast and critical.
