There is a formula, but it would require the most complex of complex of mathematics, the factors involved are inumerable, and even include the player himself.


Best way is good ol trial and error.


(it's probably not actualy a formula, but i used that word becasue it fits best)

Yeah, dont get me started on l2 bombers, an l2 bomber swarm will just ruin your day unless you were preparing for it beforehand, flares make anything but flak useless against them and they pack quite a whallop.

if you control a merl and fire right away the missile will launch before the bay is opened and it is raised casuing it to explode within the launch bay.... well, probably not exactly like that, but whatever...

Would it be possible for units that have a friendly transport trying to pick them up to stop moving so that it can take them? I'd liek to be able to use air transports to bridge a gap then put a factories end rally point on the other side but as it is units will go to the pickup zone then try to fin...
