commands work same as for humans, so instead of ctrl-modifier try right mouse-button-modifier to reduce queue.
Then spam right-clicks on all buildoptions. (bit stupid, but iirc that worked)

Is it really exploitable beside random stray shots? Example DSD, can one reliably extand bertha range to reach enemy base area?

I think the camera-bug is happening to other players, too, because sometimes I see chat messages like:
