I have tried fixing this to no avail. I tried changing my springsettings.cfg as noted in Mantis June this year, and that did not help. :/

http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=28374 or make most T2 units deliver double damage to scouts, and t3 deal triple damage to T1 scouts. People say razorbacks are awesome, but those take 2 shots to kill an ak. and yes, the game can, (and often does) "devolve" (IMHO) into a ...

Re: Decline in BA players
Its just if you ask the same conservative group everything is perfect and nothing needs to change... So i truly am wondering what the status quo supporters think is going on... I said it before, Ill say it again: flea spam. It kills CPU's, and makes the thrill of the thought of fighting to the late...

Re: BA 7.70 Released!
another vote against transportable nanos 1) It really makes making more than 1 con aircraft useless. 2) Ive always felt nanotowers should be a t2 con project as it was. They are the only "constructor" buildable by t1 cons, and now, they can be moved. 3) to build all other t1 con units, you...

Re: Decline in BA players
I've played on this one Neverwinter Nights server for about 5, 6 years now. For a game over 10 years old, the server has managed a very active playerbase of many hundreds, while almost all other Neverwinter Nights servers have had splits, lengthy downtimes, community reforms and so forth. NWN 2? I ...

Armageddon Counter, Nuclear Weapons, and flea spam
I played a mod for civilization called "fall From Heaven" and it had an armageddon counter that kept the late game interesting. I think it would be a good idea if the Armageddon counter for Spring were implemented something like this: For every nuclear missile, exploded or intercepted it t...

Re: All the good players?
scout spam ruins everything. All imaginations of how a game will end, or what you want to do "this game", gets ruined by scout spam. The end game is boring, because it ends in a lag war. And until there is some creativity and drastic changes to end the late game spam off, people will get b...

Re: Decline in BA players
I can't play, my inet connection sucks now. Zero-K has the planetwars thing, which makes the individual battles feel a bit less like a waste of time. If BA had similar, I am sure popularity would rise again. OTA had a resurgence of play with battlegrounds and the Phoenix Project, for that reason. Al...

About TS normalmapping: spring doesn't support that feature by default, but jK (or was it Kloot? I don't remember) wrote a Luashader that allows us to use normalmaps. unfortunately, I don't think you can bake normal maps, you have to hand draw them, unless you meant TSNM. Wait, what? For the life o...

those middle 2 are my models. :P Hell I might get drunk enough in the coming weeks to make some replacements, problem is i suck at texturing and people don't like texturing other people's junk. The middle two are missing ambient occlusion shading, which makes them look flat and cartoony. Well, mode...

Re: Zero-K Campaign
How does the human civilization end? Civil war, perhaps similar to what the robots are facing now? It's funny, I just finished a course at the UW about transhumanism. The human race doesn't necessarily have to end. It can just evolve and branch out into other species. That was what Pentagenesis was...
