Re: Havok Physics ?
Ah I was thinking about non accelerated physics code. ODE or Bullet physics might be a nice addition to spring if made optional (for large units..). Those don't use any shader or physics hardware. That's more or less what I ment, maybe I should have left away the 'not using Havok' part.

Re: Havok Physics ?
You would need the havok source code to be able to use streflop for sync. Besides the license problem already mentioned.
What could be possible is integrating ODE (BSD license), any volunteers? :D

Re: LUAJIT (Compiled LUA?)
Slightly OT: COB probably could be made a faster by converting the COB instructions to a better ordered set of instruction codes. Right now the VM loop switch statement is implemented by the compiler with a lot of branching, while the compiler could optimize it to use a lookup table if it gets the c...

Re: FSF stance on GPL issues.
svn keeps a nice log of everyone who has committed Spring development did not always use svn. The svn right now is started from the linux port of spring. Changes from the windows sourceforge cvs version where being ported to the linux svn branch. And before that a private cvs server was used I thin...

Re: Fucking Finally: A good Paypal Alternative
What's bad about paypal?
In fact I would have bought a lot of stuff from amazon already if they had supported simple money transfer and not just creditcards in holland, or paypal.

Just to indicate that not everything i say is made of air, I am still developing an engine on my own though, but no idea if it will grow into a strategy thing. It needs lots of time :S http://user.supradigital.org/jcnossen/cedemo.PNG But yeah CE as a team effort never really started, too little time...

Re: Why P.U.R.E. will not be GPL or CC-PD. Very long.
The reality is anything that looks like a loophole, is a loophole, until some guy with a black robe, curly fake hair, and a wooden hammer says otherwise. There is no certainty, when it comes to law. Law involves people and unique circumstances, and very little of it is immutable or entirely predict...

Re: creg.h
You shouldn't need creg for AI interface classes, it's only needed if the class contains game state that has to be serialized. Your problem has to be something other than creg stuff. Also, I have a wrapper class that uses multiple inheritence, again in /ExternalAI, what's the protocol for dealing wi...

Um, aren't you going a little too far with the attention seeking?
I really doubt anyone is interested what font you used on your website.
What's next, a blog post about how you removed a pimple?
