While you're at it, the plate the head is on needs to be bigger and the two rotated cuboids are actually not rotated, at least not on the renders I've seen. They've made a system like this, it's called ModToaster and for generals: zero hour. The program works a bit like steam. You select what to download and it downloads, then unzips the content to the proper directories. Doesn't use p2p however.

I removed the entire NTai folder and everything related to it, I also turned exceptions on and off. When it's off, the game still crashes after the 3 seconds, when the AIs are being initiated, but then the error report is being created instead of the alert box. I've tried almost every mod (EE 0.157, XTA6, AA148, ...) with it on several maps (Mars, CenterrockV12, etc) and all it does is giving me exception errors from the dll.
