Just test converted the map. Dunno what you did wrong, but in my version, it work good and textures are not garbage. Beside an heigh prb and the fact the ground have a 3D sand effect everywhere (must be a no homogene texture map prb), all is good. Btw, if someone have a place to host my maps... don'...

I know that HPI don't give much compression. But for now, TA:S only recognize HPI and not 7zip. So i make what i can with what i have. And the HPI compression is not that bad, reduce a 300 Mo maps directory to 100Mo HPI... And i don't have an answer to my question... Does TA:S accept to work with ma...

Maps in HPI format
Just wanted to know if it is possible to make a HPI file with maps in them and make it work with TA:S. I already tried to get it work, but each time, TA:S tell me 'no map found'. I tried with TA compression algo and TA:CC algo. Neither work. That's would be nice if it work, because my map folder is ...

Nice idea :D But don't go too far, don't want to have to launch a ultra complex uber software just to look inside an hpi. Or release the progs in format of a pack of tools for the new HPI format.
