Re: Spring 0.80.5.1 bugfix release

I specced a game (BA 7.01) now:
- i got sync error quite often
- trees were white (no tecture) sometimes (about halfway to render distance)

I guess the server was spring 0.80.5.

Re: Alt+tab out of spring without activating all compiz effects

I am running spring in windowed mode on linux so alt-tabbing works great. I use xfce and no composition.
It seems you cant do this because you have some weird functionality defined when you move mouse to corners of your screen, do you really need stuff like that ?

this works for me :

Code: Select all

function widget:ViewResize(viewSizeX, viewSizeY)
    bottomrightx = viewSizeX
end

It would be good if you can fix it so that the playerlist is moved to bottom right when window is resized, this is important for us who play spring in windowed mode on linux.

Termite weapon sound bad in BA 6.81 and 6.84

The sound when the Termite fires its weapon is very loud and the volume is not lower when your viewpoint is far away from it.

This might be a Linux specific problem and also a problem with spring itself.
My guess it is a unit or weapon definition problem.

Has anyone else noticed this problem ?
