Although I like the aesthetic of a large maps, the most popular maps are mostly not large. This suggestes that the best gameplay and fun are found on those maps. Probable not, you can carry the weight of a person on your back like that no problem, even on the stairs. What about setting the colour of the pants or shorts to the team colour? And for the tanks, do what you did with the block launchers, make the turret one colour with a band of team colour on it.
