Why not just copy all the arm unit stats over to the core units so they are identical? It looks like thats what your trying to do. Arm should have its strong points and weak points, as should core.

Is that such a bad thing? Scouts are for scouting. Fleas arent specifically for that purpose. IMO, the scout should be weaker than the flea.

Dont put words in my mouth... I never said 2.11 was balanced... just more balanced. These mods are both a step backward IMO. Please dont flame me for this, it is only my opinion. I have played both mods multiple times, and I find them both fairly unbalanced. In my opinion 2.11, while not perfect, was a much more balanced mod than both of these, and that is what we should be playing instead of 2.23 or this.

TBH, flop's post is the most concise and accurate post there's been for ages, summing up prehaps 20 odd pages of comments. I'm not saying that it's 100% accurate or complete but those are basically the issues with 2.23. Fix them and 95% of players can go back to having enjoyable and ballenced games...
