I found most good players either have either 40-60 apm or like 120-200 apm. One is not necessarily better than the other. I haven't checked recently but I think Demo is usually around 60 and he's really good.

A few autohosts are hardly that hard to scroll past, i manage to filter through enough altored games. The XTA autohost 1, provided kindly by myg, has 100+ hrs in game. All the things that LuaUI takes out of the player's hand aren't really things that enhance the game. Like setting your factiories on repeat, putting your rockos on hold position, giving patrol orders to each nano, and remembering to give your stuff away before you die. autohosts are pretty unnecessary in general.
