Nice, yeah - needs a few more checks ofc 'dividing' and 'uberpwn' etc. Are you guys saying that it just takes a long time to load at "Loading LuaUI" on metal maps? I have never stuck around to see it load because I assumed it never would

What version are you using? This was a bug with old widget

Update: no hangs (yet) since dropping back to BA default

The thing that made me definitely question this widget was when I gave one unit a zillion move commands right around the map
(maybe 20-30 commands? I don't know) before hang. I can post the replay of this if you like but I am not sure it would have saved the crash

I am getting Spring hanging terminally when using latest version from Spring Downloader. When I give too many units commands or too many commands to some units I get a Spring hang. I tried with 0.80.4 and 0.80.4.1, but no luck. I am 90 percent sure it is this causing my hangs because it happens when...

I think the trenches seem to make this a predominantly vehicle-centric map. Also wind should be bumped up and I agree with Umrug's thing about slope visibility. Other than that, this map is really nice and I like the way it plays, even though we accidentally the game on it last night. :P

Will this ever be fixed for metal maps? It is indeed one of the handiest macro widgets out there, it is just a shame it doesn't work with metal maps (crashes at Loading LuaUI). I have tried the latest version and the no button version, but to no avail. (This is with BA btw)

Yeah NOTA ships are the bee's knees. The issue would be adjusting from NOTA scale to BA scale.

It's not just the fact that combombing can ruin games, it's the fact it's so easy to do, requires little skill, and usually works. Maybe if there was more of an element of risk and skill involved, players would be less hesitant to do it. We want them to be more hesitant, not less! Wanting to adapt ...

one suggestion: could the controll panel size reduced when the units has less commands, so when i have fighting unit select, the controll panel is smaller and when i select the com it has the full size? atmo its unpossible to give commands wile im over the not used space of the controll panel IceUI...

Well if you can only change the name by compiling them, then there's a dud Kappa Basin out there somewhere. I re-downloaded from SD and the texture now shows itself. The one from jobjol didn't work, but I am assuming it was the weird duplicate copy that had the issue, and not the JJ one.
