offtopic, but maybe this can also be intended to fix the ugly loading progress updates that blocked all the fancy loading screens with ugly enormous text about "PATHERFINDINGS 42/9001"

We need an Imperial Winter release...and it needs to be polished ...and it needs to be hosted away from the *A mods on its own server/forums/etc. Also, integrate the lobby/matchmaking system with the singleplayer in one executable. simplify the task of getting started, make it accessable to the ave...

XTA needs alot less particle fx, or the existing ones hugely optimised it lags so so much more than other mods and unless you have a very powerful machine you end up in a situation where lots of particle demanding fx, like the com explosions or missle trails, just arent rendered turn down your part...
