Just write "!bset mo_storageowner com" and vote it 1, I never personally agreed with moving storage to teams and am aware that nio posted he couldn't fix the take behavior so not sure what he expects me to do.. happy to set it back to com owns storage by default if that's what people want

Looking for good BA screenshots/videos
If anyone is collecting or has cool BA screenshots please post some here as I could use some for something - it turns out my screenshots directory is full of test/example stuff and screens where I pressed F12 by mistake but no good presentable representations of BA gameplay - there's also nothing de...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
With T2 ground assault the risk of handing your enemy a load of metal at that stage in the game is huge, not so much an issue in T1/T3 so a bump to their stats lowers the risk and should mean more mid-game ground fighting. The intention and scale of the changes is not to turn Bulldog and Reaper into...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
No previous BA changelogs have required a long written justification for every change and this is not a common requirement for changelogs in the gaming world, If this was a genuine community want and I expected a good discussion out of it I'd have done it ages ago, at the moment I feel you only want...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
- Buffed T2 fighters - Buffed T2 bombers - Buffed T2 economy None of these have been buffed in comparison to 7.31, ignoring .4/.5 changes these have all been nerfed. I've explained the reasoning between T2 fighters & T2 economy revisions already in this thread so i'll finish with bombers. The a...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
I dont think you can expect people to instantly adapt to such a set of changes. It will take days and weeks until people realize the changes and adapt their playing style to them. I am not sure how many players even actually study the whole changelog when a new version comes out. I realise that, I ...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
On a side note re: "find out what the players really want!!", I spent over 11 hours in a 6v6 autohost playing (and spec'ing when i had to eat etc.) on Sunday and I saw no rage or evidence that the sky had fallen, got some nice suggestions from people and some good gameplay (got non-full-da...

Re: Balanced Annihilation 7.60
the varying conversion rates are unintuitive random numbers (i.e. 46:1) No they're not random numbers, they're the numbers BA has had for years inherited from AA, you had no right to flatten them simply to make a gadget run more efficiently then omit that from the changelog. I fail to see how the s...

Re: Persistent build spacing
Statements such as return x = x make me crazy... assign x to x and return x? For me this is equivalent to just writing return x I guess in Lua this has some special meaning, please enlighten me. It was actually return { x = x } Which is return a new table with the index 'x' set to the value of the ...

Re: Imperial Winter - where things stand, and how you can help.
I've been having a lot of trouble with my graphics card and spring, has anyone tried a few games and seen what happens? The most recent version I have from SVN is playable, the only major thing was a huge lag spike with the custom flag capture command on swarms of units, which I started to solve by...

Just need a random height map and someone to recreate adobes content aware fill algorithm
I like the idea of the map terrain fading off into nano-frame, configurable by mod/map would be sweet.

It also now does less damage per shot (still 'enough') and shields have more coverage and power capacity so that could be another few seconds to respond once it starts firing..!
