Meh...this to me is a reasoning more for pdf, as there are translational issues between the two(unless you have the proper plugins), and places like Google Docs still use the old format.

Depends on what works best for people. In my case between like 5pm and 1 am EDT(GMT -5) works the best.

Well for a while there was a "Veterans Hour" each week. Unfortunently, player drop off kinda killed it. Right now although Im seeing a possible use of it, especially with the Mex Share discussion that seems to be going on.

Hey all, I know this may sound like a far fetched idea, but would anyone be interested in reattempting in setting up some set time for regs to meet up and try to play? I know, I know, it would be better just to have games running, but Im wondering if something was setup if we could get a couple game...

Regret: The fragility of air transports don't change with Dgun or not since your flying the dude in either way. And Im saying it would just increase it cause people wouldn't even need to build the boosted defences. They would just Dgun everything like they do in BA!

I think introducing dgun against non-comm units from start would counter boost rush. No, it would just increase it. The main boost rush is the com spilling its boost into defence structures. Re adding the Dgun would just bring back the BA issue of people dropping the com and dgunning stuff to death.

Does scouting really matter here? I mean, if they are trying to go for the direct punch, they either have to be very sneaky in there entry path, or hope that the enemy doesn't have radar and isn't looking at their base., or else the entire ruse will fail as the enemy spots the transports exaust trai...

Sak: I see. That still sounds like you can get caught by skirms if the enemy sees your exhaust trails. Of course with the amount of time, and probably spent boost I can see how stuff can be mitigated. Hmm...I see your position about the issue of it. Still...I don't think doing something as dramatic ...

I think the problem isnt how powerful it is, more how quickly you can get it down. Assuming a fairly typical 1 fac 3 solar 3 mex 1 llt start, you can easily get your drop down before anything past the initial scouts are out of the fac. @kenku Your odds of having a "Squad of skirmishers" o...

In the end, its an interesting strategy, but one that in my opinion has holes. A squad of skirmishers, and possibly an MT at base, can cause it to easily fail. I believe the issue is your running it on mods that don't have Featureplacer. In the case of BA it is not available, and in the case of CA and Evo you are using versions that were before feature placer was ready. CA at the moment only has Featureplacer available in test far as I know. The stable is ...
