I *like* CA's cartoony look. Every RTS is brown grimdark these days, so a game of vibrant colours and cartoony buttons is a refreshing change. I just wish it were more consistently applied. Been working on a widget that converts monotone bitmaps into drawings. The program generates a pointset that can be used by TFC's Emote widget. Right now it only does shading, but next up: edgefinding.

EDIT: Sorry they are giant.

Nah, it totally could, and was plenty accurate. Not only that, it fired at ground units if there were no air units around. As you flew over the enemy base you not only bombed them, you strafed them too. Pretty awesome.

Penetrators cannot fire while retreating. This makes them incredibly weak in some scenarios, especially when the enemy spams a lot of small units (think A.K. spam).
