you could try bisecting if you want: find a build that works: http://springrts.com/dl/buildbot/default/master/ take a build that doesn't work. take a build from middle of both, if it works take an older build from that, if not a newer build from middle... that way you should find a build that works ...

this is a driver problem, we can't fix anything in spring, as we don't have the resources for such bugs.

try a different driver, maybe an older one
you could try different dpi settings in windows (was just an idea)
try change settings in spring

maybe minizip can be replaced with lib7z?

i'm unsure where the zip/7z functionality is used, replacing this with physfs (http://icculus.org/physfs/) should be possible, too.

maybe try to force a lower speed of your wlan-card, setting to 10mbit often solves such problems. (as the internet connection mostly is slower, this doesn't slow down anything...)

maybe your computer is getting to hot? if the problems occur at random, it is caused often by hardware/driver problems. you're problem description is incomplete... if playing the demo leads to the same error than you're network connection shouldn't be the problem. did you try to run in windowed mode...

does a replay of such a game lead to the same problems?
maybe only your network connection is broken...

did you try to lower your graphics-settings?
