Re: Bitcoin mining made easy

I'm actually really curious to know how bitcoin loans would work. Because there are no banks , that's the point really. You don't need a central focal point for money transactions when the tender is virtual and transactions are recorded by peers. You could have loans that get spread out over peers,...

Re: please no more "test" versions on filesharing sites

Third, I hate any automated services, as automation usualy goes in the wrong direction and creates users that have no clue about how their computers work, nor how to download one single file from internet and put it into designated folder. Although I sympathize with your views and share the realist...

IP addresses that responded to ICMP ping requests
Many end user have routers/fire walls that drop incoming packets. So this scan doesn't see all IPs as online.

Re: Code structure

I've been wading around in the code for some time now, and I honestly don't understand much of it. It's complex (450000 lines of code). It takes time. [*]Where does the world get updated? I assume "world == all stuff you see: units, features, map etc.". Let's follow the code! The main function is i...

What if less is more?
You can filter by number of players and maximum number.

With mplayer you can output image files from videos. Inkscape can create vector graphics from image files.

Re: Change the binding for insert-in-front-of-queue metakey?

You can use /grabinput. I use it for the exact same reason.

You might want to bind it to some key. If you enter it a second time it's disabled again.

BA 7.72, 15 vehicle constructors.
Everytime you place a new building there is a small spike after the building is created. Does not happen with using just a single builder.

Re: how can I determine that the unit belongs to me?

In Update(): local playing = GetPlayerInfo(myPlayerID).spectating == false That doesn't work. GetPlayerInfo(myPlayerID).spectating is always nil. As a result: => playing is false => team is false => GetAllUnits() is called, instead of GetTeamUnits() => units not from your team are checked, too => co...

Re: how can I determine that the unit belongs to me?

Maybe the problem is that GetTeamUnits (team) returns not only my units. units = GetTeamUnits (team). variable units contains my units and allied units as they have the same team. Are you sure? The engine differs between teams and allies. One team is what one player "normally" controls. In a 2v2 th...
