Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21

Having a mobile jammer and radar near an army is always nice, especially for snipers and for Core vehicles in general (since they don't have any cloakable ones they could use as spotters). I would very much like to see them be faster for being able to keep up with a moving army better, but that coul...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21

I demand immediate renaming of the Liche to Licho to better emphasize it's deadliness :-) Also, while i agree that sea nanos aren't really needed, the calculations about their buildpower compared to conboats didn't take into consideration the fact that conships take up more space than a single nano ...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21

That strategy is rather old, but deadly if allowed to develop unchallenged. However it heavily relies on protection given by teammates since your base is absolutely defenseless while porcing to the nuke (at least if you wanna do it as fast as possible), so some scouting and well-used t1 will waste t...

Yes, indeed. Keeping the arties farther away from HLT's maxrange by aiming in front of the HLT might be a good workaround though :-)

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.21

Please beat Noize playing Core Bots with Arm Bots on Brazilian Battlefield to prove your point  Something annoying: When aiming at radar dots, HLT tends to "overshoot", randomly increasing its max range. Especially annoying when trying to kill them with t1 arty, the arties sometimes randomly ge...

Only Core has the new nano-laser in CA, maybe you tried it with Arm?

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

Maybe the minor fact I mentioned some releases ago that they use the Bogus Missile as weapon instead of the Minesweeper. So make the Minesweeper the only weapon and put in some OnlyTargetCategoryX=MINE ... ah yes that works more elgant. What do you guys think about giving them reclaim and making th...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

Example of how fighters "should" operate. L-1 + L-2 fighters "should" never attack ground units on their own, and always be free when any air threat comes into their patrol pattern/area. L-1 + L-2 fighters while default "should not" seek out ground targets, but be allowed to fire on ground targets ...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

Because of the great number of units it hard to realize what all are doing. You're right concerning that "intrusion system" for which I once had proposed a description change. It does spawn sort of small flashy red circles where enemy units are moving. The sense behind this is that in contrast to r...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

Yes, Caydr ripped that one out!!! perhaps i should add it back in  I would say yes in principle, but because its a lame anti-flash core unit I say no. :P NOiZE. Add it now. I know many people who agree with me, for Core is LEGION. Arm could get their Mumbo back to compensate :-) Also, why ...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

TBH i don't think mobile antis need to be changed except for current aiming issues, they are slow, fragile, cost tons of cash and making one blocks your precious t2 lab forever...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.1

Without mobile antis some teamgames could fall into stalemate as soon as nukes come into play since whenever an army moves out of static anti range to advance it could be immediately nuked...antis are neither cheap nor built very fast so it isn't always possible to hold a position long enough to pro...

Re: NOTA 1.40

You might be interested in having a look at the nanobeam the CA team has made and, if you should like it, ask them if you can use it? IMHO it looks really cool, and an instant beam might look better then "dots" of nanospray slowly flying around over great distances...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.0

yeah, why do we have to build factories for every unit anyway? Lets just lump everything in a single t1 kbot lab, brawlers, peewees, flash, mavs, razorbacks, emp bombers \:D/ ...and ofc it would have to be nuke, anti, juno, tacnuke, ddm, viper, hlt, llt, timmy, buzzsaw, adv fus and moho maker too...n...
