Simple 90 degrees rotational steps would be fine, however being unable to rotate buildings (not just kbot labs and similiar, all buildings) is unacceptable, and especially in a full 3d environment like spring.

Rome Total War does the edging very well. It would be awesome to see that in Spring.

Improvise. We do, we must. And it looks fucked up, does it not? And the odd thing is that once the game ends and you chat on MSN, you find yourself using A instead of ├âÔÇ× because you have been doing that in the TA chat for an hour or whatnot and got used to it. But come on guys! Yankspankers are ...

It would be nice if the Arm and Core logo could be replaced by your own logo, which would be a simple grayscale bmp dumped in Spring and then read and used by the engine for all your units, just like in Black & White. .

Or you block them. It will have the same effect as the appear offline-thing. They would think you are dead or whatever.

Or, even better, change MSN adress and only tell the contacts you actually want about it.

Chatting and non-english letters

In the latest videos it appears we still can't use letters like ├â┬Ñ├â┬ñ├â┬Â├â┬®├â┬│ or whatever you want to use (if you know swedish, anyway). I was hoping this would have been fixed for spring...

Well just look at the unit names! They're in english! Clearly we're dealing with humans. w├â┬Ârd Plus, Why would anyone be stupid enough to build bipedal fighting machines anyway? Wheels are much more effective, except perhaps if you wan't terrain friendly units, but we know they can build sp...

I was more like referring to the ability to import a simple picture into the program and then when you build a sign, the custom picture shows up on it. somewhat like the spray feature in for example halflife 2 deathmatch, so you don't have to mess with .ufos

Custom signs

Does this mean we will be able to build our own custom signs in game, something like the spray feature available in some FPSs? That would be awesome. =)

As one of my friends once said (might have been Mars Keeper), CORE are robots, while ARM are flesh and bone humans. That means, CORE = No sex, while ARM = plenty of sex. Thus, ARM is per defination the best team.
