First of all, this is more a mod idea than a default for Spring. then, you are right about the number of units, its kynda stupid to have hundreds of solar collectors... can a bullet/shot/vessel have this tag?
if so... an attracting bullet can be made... it will drag all plasma shots back to your enemy... so you can reverse a bb.. or maybe more... this kind of projectile should have no damage by itself but get it from the plasma it drags...

So, maybe individual players can "take" planets or parts of it... sell armies, make alliances...
So you jump into a new segment of a planet, and suddenly you bump into a pirates base....

latelly... while a play any game... i keep pushing crashers from the lab during ALL the gameplay... They are not much expensive... so no real e/m drain there, at the end i have LOTS of them sitting around... this has helped me even against tank atacks, to spot them.(as mobile targets they work fine ...

and somebody says it should be removed from krogs because they are invincible that way, but it seems they aren't so invincible, 10 nuclear bombs at same time at it makes their job. :lol: [/i] Ten nuclears dont kill a krog. Niether 15 nuclears with 10 shots each (150 nuclear shots). maybe 170 180......
