Re: Lolololo I quit my job to motorcycle across the southern USA

Nice Pintle! I did this about 4 years ago, quit my job, travelled in the states and Canada fo a year and didn't go back to sunny old Newcastle, haha! My advice would be, dont get too hung up on a route plan, just have a start and an end point, buy a map and just see where you end up. I went to Toron...

Re: Upgrading my graphics card.

LOL you deserve a kick in the nuts for even considering this Spawn

I mean no offence though.

I like people to be blunt with me too when I have stupid ideas, like dropping 400 quid of my savings for a few extra frames per second when I'm unemployed.

Re: Awesome instrumental thrash metal band - Mastery

I heard far better live work in this genre from Blatherskite (local act, long dead) when I was a teenager. You could mosh to this, I suppose, but they're going to have to improve a lot as composers before there's anything there. And without a singer, the songs feel lifeless, and it's more obvious t...

Re: Balanced Annihilation V6.6

I haven't posted on balance for almost a year, mainly because it's like banging your head against a brick wall on these forums. BA is good, but definately not perfect, GOTA raised some good points about balance which imo should be listened to. Supreme Anihilation V1 was definately imo, the most bala...

Ive been on these forums for about 3 years, and every year there's somebody who starts a thread...

"OMG OMG we're gonna get shut doooown!"

Everybody has a panic attack for 3 days, forgets about it and nothing ever happens. Yawn.

Re: songs

This is the best video game music ever imo, you have to watch it for at least a minute because there's some really cool bits around 55 seconds ^^

The game is Xenon 2 btw :)

I wonder if Gordon Brown will send the sas over to sort it out, if I was a hostage I certainly wouldn't feel too great about the indian SF storming the building.

Re: Split-Off Topic About Martial Arts and Their Competitions

what you get out martial arts depends on what you want out of it, if like Panda you want to do traditional martial arts, I.e kata, breaking boards then thats fine, but I wouldn't put any value in it if you get into a real fight, and being that martial arts are generally for self defence, that sucks!...

Re: Lesner Vs Couture predictions

I think randy poses about as much threat to fedor as brock does at this point, you cant really say Fedor has any similarities to Tim or gonzaga, his striking is completley different to both those guys, especially Tim, Fedor throws Big fast, heavy looping punches from hips and weird angles, tim and g...

Re: Lesner Vs Couture predictions

You were insinuating that everyone who watches mma must be barbaric rednecks, you know it, I know it, so does everyone else, so stop trying to pretend you were asking an innocent question.
Go take your sissy ramblings elsewhere smoth, nobody cares.

Re: Lesner Vs Couture predictions

I cant wait for this fight, I hope Randy wins I think it's going to be tough for him, VERY tough but Brocks only got 2 fights in the UFC, 3 in MMA and the lack of XP may be his downfall if he can't take randy out quickly and starts to get pressured and dragged into later rounds. I think randy's gonn...

Some people may have had different experiences though, but I'll be sticking with nvidi...

Re: Fallout 3

Im pretty sure most fallout 2 players didn't bother going to level40... Besides thats 13 perks in 40 levels... as a pose to getting 20 perks in half the time with only 20 levels. Fallout 3's level system and perk system is bollocks, spoiled the game for me, I never really looked forward to levelling...
