*revives*
Is there a chance for this to become a engine feature?

Re: what size should textures be?

Hoi wrote:Well, you don't make textures in wings3d, but in programs like photoshop.

Just make them 512x512, and you'll be fine.
Somebody has not looked at the latest bunch of blender improvments?
I am disappointed :(

OP: 512 is ideal. But without a proper uv unwrap, it won't matter if you use 128 or 2048.

Re: NVIDIA Linux + Multicore FPS Fix

Don't tell you have not reported this bug yet?
So which side causes the bug?
The kernel drivers for the CPU? (Most likely not)
Nvidia's propitary drivers?
Or is it a spring bug?

Re: Spring on Intel or ATI 'open-source' drivers

Going from description, Ubuntu does by default not include the library for propitiatory texture compression.
Going from >this post on the Archlinx forums, you a libary related to libtxc_dxtn to get texture compression working.

Re: Error on Single Player - Segmentation Fault (SIGSEGV)

Congratulations on running the Pulsebo chipset, we can award you with poor drivers(>source), which even lacks proper Windows support!
Your are screwed, and that is all there is.
