Some games are more dynamic then others.
For example, if you delay a "BA + DSD" for 3 mins - nothing will be changed. You can still "spec cheat" base locations, intentions etc. But you will significantly reduce the amount of pleasure for spectators.

Also make sure that no "springlobby" or "spring" process is running. Maybe GUI part is now shown but process is still running.

Are these forks using BA TS database currently? If yes then I guess it's not a big issue because they are not very popular yet.
