I just set up a new xen guest running ubuntu 9.04 and springie seems to run without problems. Hence, I didn't continue to try to get springie working on debian etch.
I will now try to configure springie without a GUI :).

Hello all, with my first post I ask you for some help for setting up a dedicated sever to host spring games. The server runs debian etch with an amd64 kernel. As far as I know, there are two possibilities: Setting up SPADS by bibim or setting up Springie by licho. With Planetspring down the options ...
