The issue might be that a BA widget prevent that.
It is enable by default.
It override everything that is written in the file .spring/uikeys.txt which is the result of keybind in the GUI

you need to disable that widget (F11). From memory, the name is BAhotkey or something like that.

I understood all unit tag (eg armstump for "arm stumpy") have been renamed for "better understanding them" or whatever. Can you guys provide a mapping between the old and the new one ? For all player who have to reconfigure scripts (e.g. autogroup), it is a mess. Python would be ...

Alternatively you can always do without fullscreen, and keybind moving to keyboard, fps style...
Here are option to tune your window on multiple screen :

Fullscreen = 0
WindowPosX = 1080
WindowPosY = 505
WindowState = 0
XResolutionWindowed = 2558
YResolutionWindowed = 1367
