Re: Kernel Panic

It's been a long time since I played UT2K4 but I really can't remember that rule. I could still implement it though.
In UT2k4 you have to capture a node next to the main base in order to be able to damage it.

But I think that this is not a good idea for KP.

Re: How to deactivate Lua Widget when not being ingame [solved]

Yeah I tried that already but it doesn't work. I think this belongs to "FactoryKickstart" and is not the gfx_halo thing.

Re: Kernel Panic

Awesome. Wait, there was an easteregg? I'll test it right now with a friend. I hope the non-rc release will be soon because I think that people really don't want to dl rcs/betas/alphas etc. (Direct memory access map should be final, too) //EDIT: I have played a little bit against friends and the Lua...

Re: Light Side of Spring

Ok, hmm i have another idea (I hope I don't annoy you): Some neutral mirrors that spawn randomly all over the map. They focus on a random point and can't be aligned by players. I thought this adds a more dynamic gameplay because if you played a map a few times you now the best way how to setup your ...

How to deactivate Lua Widget when not being ingame [solved]

Everytime now i start a game using CA it directly crashes after loading. Is it possible to deactivate the halo widget without being ingame? Infolog Solved it by deleting g...

Re: Light Side of Spring

Oh, didn't notice that only rocks can block the beam. Well, i had another idea: what about a laser helper? a small laser cannon, with a build limit of 1 or 2 maybe, that dies after its shot. Its beam should not be as strong as the com ones. Or a laser wall: its one building where two mirrors beam th...

Re: Light Side of Spring

the normal mirrors are a bit smaller than trees, right?
You could just let the laser be stopped by trees but not by mirrors.

Re: Light Side of Spring

I have an idea for this (awesome) mod:

a submarine like scope (this simple pic should explain it):

It should be possible to build much more complex laser networks then.

Re: Kernel Panic

Is KP still in development? Because since the last post quite some time has past.
I think there should be a public release of KP.NET because people dont want to download RCs, so there are only few players who play KP.
