Why not just decrease mex hp and keep cost the same? Sure you get less hp per M, but that makes good raiding more devastating and because of the cost it is still hard to rebuild. So instead of 2x cost and 3x hp how about 2x cost and 2x hp? Or even 1.5x hp?

Speaking of the new ground scars jK, I don't really like the way they overlap. The fading dirt around the black scar doesn't look right when it overlaps the black part of another scar.

IceUI with satirik's fork has a resizable box that the minimap will always be sized to fit into. No zooming though. I'm guessing you don't want to use IceUI though, so maybe you should ask regret to do it in LolUI. What also might be cool is to do what some RTS do and have a mini window that you can...

To me the difference is negligible, and it wasn't really a tightly controlled test. I'll probably stick with IceUI, at least until this UI, or chili (quantum's UI project) get some better features than it.
