Spring RTS Engine

Hmmm, for some reason I cant select "Normal Mapping" in the Edit UVWs window...I actually cant select any of those options. They aren't highlighted or selectable when I mouse over them... if you are in vertex mode, line mode, or hve no objects selected, you cannot normal map them... you H...
