Spring RTS Engine

Im suprised there isnt any CnC3 mod out there, there should be, except with new units, such as ones planned for the expanion(see the CnC3 page on filefront). I cant mod but im sure someone here can that isnt busy with something else. heres what im suggesting: 3 factions, GDI, Nod, and Scrin to build...
