For some reason it wont let me add .tex files as well which is sad (and odd) so its included and renamed as .txt, its the source and a bit easier to copy out of.
In any case, I think of quotes as being a great way of storing and distilling ideas.
These should keep you going for a while regret ; )

I really did like homeworld but that kind of movement really only works well in massive open spaces, what you more want is a toggle on planes

On thinking, I am inclined to agree with pxtl about them having no clearly defined niche, I view them as opportunistic/response units, you attack weakness and avoid strength (And deal with stuff in your backfield), if someone is constantly pwning your flashswarms with them, maybe you want to move to...

Popup AA is where its at, also scouting.
In terms of unit based AA, levelers are decent, and facsthatwereformerlyt2 AA units work pretty well
Also massive defender spam whittles them well. (And is generally handy)

I am not so much in favour of RPS gameplay and more against every game playing roughly the same as is the case in current sea. Options mean there are more viable ways to win or play the game, and ideally the better player wins. As far as the hammer thing goes, arty and levelers in 1:1 mix pretty muc...

The point is, to axe vanilla ones. So if you dont bring ASW destroyers your battlecruiser gets sunk by subs, forget the AA its planes? Only one of each? Gank it and repeat. If destroyers dont counter everything, then capital ship rushes will be far less effective, requiring more balanced fleets. Cur...

The advantage of taking sea is you usually get the metal from reclaim to push their base or get a massive eco advantage, you dont really even need the mexes to win off sea. Imo defending against sea needs to be fixed.

I am in, though my experiences trying to get it to work under anything bar hamachi and lan mode have been failures.

Why bother having your com assist your fac? You start with no resources, and the little you gain while setting up your base can easily be burned off by the hover con.
