Spring RTS Engine

I was thinking of a new version of DSD called DSD snow editon
first
-have snow on the upper hills and in the middle part
-have 4 rocks in the lower middle worth 200 each
-and a giant one on top woth 500
-last, trees and bushes in the middle area

someone plz make because i cant $__$

I ve came up with some ideas. But need someone to make it though I was thinking like have most the map mexico then have puerto rico in the Gulf of Mexioc.
