Spring RTS Engine

I decided to what the fuck and just install new drivers. Now Im glad to say that zero-K works fine. Just one thing: I have to type /advmapshading at the beginning of each game or else I just see a white map. Is there a way to turn of advmapshading by default? I tried putting it in springsettings.cfg...

My drivers are indeed very old. Unfortunately I cannot update them. If I use Mobility Modder or Omega drivers I have issues with other games which I play more often...

If I ever by a new pc I guess it will be Nvidea...

I dont think you read my post. I dont want to update my drivers because
- Spring worked perfectly fine with the ones I used the past years
- If I do update I get problems with other programs which I use alot

Problem My FPS drop from above 100 to around 5 when I zoom in. - This happens right from the beginning. No matter how many units are ingame. - My fps dont drop slowly as I zoom in. They drop rapidly once I hit a certain zoom-level. As if there was some threshold. - Water seems to help against this....
