can anyone help me get started on modding?
hey i wanted to make a small mod for TA spring, things like tweeking the exposion radius, dif weapon propertys, nothing fancy. can anyone point me in the right direction on what tools and stuff i will need?

I think the stuff would have to be nearly imobile to keep it balanced, perhaps the flying stuff could pack up to ove and wouldnt be able to build while underway, i think it shold move slowly aswell, if you had it hover on big jets or something, there could be beams going to the ground for the mines,...
