I strongly recommend all of you who are thinking about AI design or coding to read AI Game Programming Wisdom 1 & 2 before you get started. They are well worth the effort.

I wrote the original SelectedUnitsAI. However, as many other part of the codebase has changed, not all of it is working (like maxSpeed) or even active any longer (like used by default). setMaxWantedSpeed is an other thing that might not be working any longer. It was used when ground units was contro...

K-man goes to Massive Entertainment

I've got a job as AI-programmer/developer at Massive Entertainment , and are therefor forced to leave the development of Spring. I put my vote for: "The Spring Project" That would make a perfect title on a official site. After all, that is just what's it all about; A project - without solid deadlines, economic interesst, or any such. Just a ongoing project trying to create and improve on what we love most... I every...

Available for anyone to use as server-node at any time they like. Then the person that sets up the game could just chose a available server to run the game o...

GUI-programmer needed

We are in need of one more programmer. A programmer dedicated entirely on developing the GUI-system. If you are interested, then take a look here for a more formal document over our needs.
