Get a 6750, 6600 is more expensive and not as awesome. No way; look at latest reviews; I'm not gna bother searching for links but basically OCd 6750 won most benchmarks by a few FPS, but then came along Lost Planet which has quad core support, and the also OCd q6600 obliterated it. And more and mor...

OcUK has a bad reputation for after sales support (RMAs etc). However I have used them a few times, and my 2 RMAs went through fine. Sometimes they overcharge for some things so keep an eye out. (e.g. they were charging a premium on q6600 g0 stepping when it just came out) On the other hand Scan.co....

What's cheap in USA and Expensive in UK? Everything, except health care. Games consoles and games, and clothing are they only two other things I can think of right now. I do have one other idea, although it is a little far-fetched. You could invest in US currency. The dollar is very very weak right...

Fujitsu-Siemens. Japan would be the obvious choice, but tickets are a lot more expensive.

What's cheap in USA and Expensive in UK?

Basically I'm off to New York tommorrow and would like some ideas of what I can buy there and sell here for a healthy profit :P. The Iphone seemed like an OK product until it was announced in the UK today :( (still probably could make a profit, but not as big..) Any ideas? (stuff needs to be taken o...

Well I'm off to America on Wednesday, specifically to pick up a top spec t4220 for UNI :). In short; it comes out cheaper to fly over there, stay there a week & explore NYC and come back then buying it here..

I'll post up a mini-review when i get back.

This would ideally be under modders control, rather then user control. It's a pretty big advantage to be giving to players 'in the know'. Which isn't to discount the fact that it's an excellent achievement, well done jK. Bah, do you know how many people don't know that holding SHIFT and ALT they ca...

Notice how they say they can't just open the current binary driver. I imagine for licensing issues and all, but that just goes to show the ephemeral nature of closed source software. Spring, being open source, will be here long after the ATI brand is forgotten (which will be quick as the new genera...

Regards different things. The other topic is for the new drivers coming out this week. This topic regards the fact that they are open-sourcing drivers; which is pretty big and deserves its own topic IMO :P
