Eve-online backend is written in python stackless. The client itself is not python. Main reason devs gave this is to make it easier to implentment changes. Which can agree on As for unitylobby taken userbase away calling it quits. Takes up to much time. May want to look at latest svn. Have some code...

Nah if has todo with logic of code i.e when joining a game map / mod changes triggering sending MYBATTLESTATUS ( and gnerating a new one) But u also recieve REQUESTBATTLESTATUS regardless if u send one, which is like an annoying thorn for me. Also as far as i can remember sync status = 0/1/2 for unk...

    if X != you and u are a host
if X = bot and u are owner / host

Just cause 2 peep decide to make up initial version of a server (2 in development) and an external client means very little. JC is one of main dev's and wants to an integerated client. My beef is with no plans for allowing support for an external client aswell. Whole reason i decided for rewrite was...

Unitysync does support it unless its been changed in svn. Otherwise i wouldnt have pain of extra code to check if its a multiple map archive. Atm u need to keep track of total map count so u can compare it with unitsync map count to check if update is needed. Just as handly to cache the entire lot I...

And do i care ?
Can support them for single player skirmish
Can support them online, if user turns them on in settings & display a warning when they choose one

And for MAPGRADES ignore the multiple maps, already seperate them in my cache file

For the record i dont like bitmasks, cause i am unable to wrap by brain around them, code / math wise. Got other peep like author of auto-host python bot, to throw me some python code for it. Was only a few simple lines. An example is the way team colours are stored, they're stored as a single integ...

unitsync doesnt need to be updated as far as i know.

Just spring & TASClient & possibly TASServer.
Maybe even lobby protocol, to tired to check if room in bitmask to see what max player value could be atm

A spec file would be very nice. I could test it out & get lib names for fedora.
Also if u could plz pass scons unitsync.
So it builds unitsync.so (just requires python, which is needed for build system anyways) with python bindings. I be very gratefully

Believes he means sides

Either create a script.txt to launch a game, u can find info in svn, inside the doc directory
Run TASClient in wine
AFLobby (i believe has single player support)
Or old Unitylobby from spring svn, new version only supports joining battles atm.
