Re: If your game were featured in a 1 minute video...
Be that as it may, I think Forb is looking for some direction. I haven't played S44 or KP in some time, but I assume the games haven't changed in character in the interim, so here are my thoughts. I tried to pull screenshots from similar engagements for banner advertisements. Kernel Panic In Kernel ...

I'm surprised you bought an Alienware in the first place.

Re: Add a rule on forums please
Censorship is, in itself, a blunt tool which should be used with care, if at all. If a discussion is disruptive, it will be moderated, but there is no reason at this time to prohibit threads of the aforementioned nature.

Re: Bring back the lobby stats page
You know, Knorke, an effective apology usually doesn't consist of defensive statements and links.
I wouldn't mind having the stats page back, myself.

Re: thread CPU affinity not set
I don't see anything in jK's posts about replacing OMP. I also don't see why you have to release a binary without source and an ambiguously repackaged mod to pursue your stated goal; creating a truly fast and advanced MT build. I mean, logically you would take such a large project into a separate fo...

Re: Guidelines or rules for moderation
The solution for a lack of strict guidelines - and there are always problems with strict guidelines, even our current rules for user behaviour lead to repetitive "bearding" of moderators by users flirting with the rules - is peer oversight. In other words, the informal appeals process by w...

Re: New Console Generation
See, as much as people bag on the Ouya and I'm disappointed with it's lackluster launch, I'll give the Ouya one thing: If a developer wanted to make an Android game and just sell it as a naked APK with no DRM or whatever and run it on the Ouya... with *no* interaction between the developer and Goog...

Re: New Console Generation
Maybe it seems unfair that publisher gets so much money for basically just providing distribution, and download is cheap? ppl underestimate the work of a publisher. Still their revenues are unfair compared to developer's. That's why developers like Steam & co. cause they got special deals with ...

Re: New Console Generation
The crucial difference between a console and a pc is that you literally need a pc to live. No different from food. In fact I think a "pc vs food" debate is more appropriate. Uh. No, you don't need a PC to live. It makes your way of life possible, it certainly provides access to resources ...

Re: New Console Generation
I really like the WiiU, or at least the potential thereof for asymmetric play, particularly in party games, which are the primary reason I would have a console. However, I was and am disappointed by the specs and the lack of third party support. As a friend and I say, it looks like if we want a good...

If you plan to develop for Windows Phone 8, you need Windows 8 Pro. In fact, that is probably the best reason to have a Windows 8 license in the first place.

If a change to behaviour makes the ships too powerful, you can always rebalance them. That said, I don't remember more than three or four times that a ship got stuck.
