at the moment i found 7 players playing Spring.
7 players playing in all battle rooms.

Sorry but it is really dead.
I think we should stop hosting spring because it makes no more sense.

If server resources are are a problem, consider to host springinfo at the springfiles server.
There are plenty of resources left.

SpringFiles 3.9 released.

Mayor changes:

- UPQ intergration
- Mirror locations are fetched from UPQ at every cron run
- Splashscreen previews added for games (imported from UPQ)
- Map previews and mapdata are now available for all maps.
