Seriously, what is everones beef with uv mapping? I know its not exactly fun but, at the risk of sounding like a smug asshole, it took me something like a decent tutorial and a day to grasp the basics.

Hi!
Does anyone

1) Know how to make effect sounds and / or voiceact for my mod (and why not others too)

2) Know where to find such things for free and copyright free, ie not ripped from other games? I know there's a voice acting guild for oblivion, perhaps something similar could be done here?
