I have a question: How would I make a guided mortar type weapon? Does anyone
1) Know how to make effect sounds and / or voiceact for my mod (and why not others too)
2) Know where to find such things for free and copyright free, ie not ripped from other games? I know there's a voice acting guild for oblivion, perhaps something similar could be done here?
