Xfce already bind this to switch workspace.8611z wrote:Press ctrl+F2 to switch to normal overhead camera
Is there a work around this sort of thing without changing one or either default bindings?

Camera issue - Tech Annihilation
Hey, I'm usually a player of BA, and tried this night Tech Annihilation 2.38.8 using the 100.0 engine. Well : the default camera is obviously "free camera" which is kind of imposible to play with, and I wasn't able to switch smashing all the kind of keys to change the mode (I have a plugin...

Re: Everyone ok?
We are more than humans little tribes, we are fucking esotoric big nations, so we can't just trust our guts, we must use the brain. Most of us just feel theses scared emotions because medias are so good at their job. We should not let them push stupidity forward, I think it's all important. You can'...

Re: Everyone ok?
Althought it feels kind of like an injustice to specialy mourn people that died in France ; it's a rich country and we have the habit to carry wars, exploitation and charity stuff far away from our eyes. Now that we got a little scratchy (for a country) people almost think we are at war. Looking for...

Re: Ashes of the singularity
Close, but not quite. In starcraft you have to manually heal units while in this game they claim that it will be automatic. Medics and medivacs do heal automaticaly, I don't see your point ? In SC1 medics did too, only there was some "cure" function that had to be used manually (for blind...

Re: Windows installer for SpringLobby?
Well this is long past the installer, but what would make lobbies lot friendlier is a support of all last playable mods (who cares about version ? The last) and and be able to make a team and just set a search to "look for 1v1, 2v2, 4v4..." starcraft style with a list of "played and a...

Also if it could autodetect and existing Spring install (something like Zerok stuff) could be cool, nope ?

Re: BA 9.10 released!
Thanks! Theses stuff does not have any use in game personnaly, I look forward to see theses mecanisme more used. I don't know where to ask for features in a mod ; but it would be super neat to have some kind of : - map background in stead of theses very nasty "one color background". - map ...

Re: FPS view on a unit in BA
Argh, althought it was not of any use, it was awesome to feel being with the unit.
Nothing can be done to get the same feeling now ? What version of Spring should I get to use this view again ?

FPS view on a unit in BA
Hey,
I remember some months ago I did accidentaly used a "FPS mode on a unit" with controls with keyboard for move 'n all. I don't find it anymore. Was it a plugin or something removed, or the key changed ?

Another music widget
My first widget is done I guess (and is quite ugly :s). This just takes two directory a "war music" and a "peace music" directory. When a unit from the player is hit, the music turn to war in game, if some time passes there is a slow fading to peace music again. I also added a li...

Re: Radars seem not to see the units below its position
Allowing for diagrams not being perfectly drawn, only your second diagram in the first post would suggest a bug to me, and I can't reproduce it - I think that won't happen unless your unit on top of the hill is pretty tall or the slope is small/shallow. One of the two have to, to me. 9"16 on t...

Re: Radars seem not to see the units below its position
Radar point is likely far above the unit, which explains this scenario. So in that mind, the contrary shouldn't be true too, right ? -> When the radar point is far below the unit. Well in that exact contrary case, radar works. That's why it seem unfair, and therefore, a bugg to fix. Also let's add ...

Re: Radars seem not to see the units below its position
Balanced annihilation, last engine, last version. "r" is the radar, all the scene is within his range. "e" is an ennemy unit. ___________r_____ ___/ __e____/ "r" does not see "x" in such a case. ___________e_____ ___/ __r____/ "r" does see "x&qu...

Using it. Althought I still don't see how you can achieve to have such "beautiful" graph as this image in the loading screen : https://framasphere.org/uploads/images/scaled_full_8337d5c6ec11b0c2e1a7.png The dynamic water is quite fantastic, but the units and ground texture are far from wha...

Radars seem not to see the units below its position
Hey there, Today we played a few games with friends and were very disapointed by seeing there was "a bug", I'm not sure if it's one or not, so I'm here to ask for confirmation. When someone is defending a hill, he can't see by radar the units coming and striking from below. When doing roqu...
