Hello! After upgrading my Linux distribution (ALT Linux 9) the game began to crash after 20-30 minutes of playing. Most probably it is related to tactical nuke launches.
Here is the infolog (https://pastebin.com/qdAa6U0f)

Re: RIP BA
The guy pouring all his spare time into the engine- has decided that upholding backwards compatability is hard work. Like really hard work, and expensive. Windows supports ancient programs. SpringDev is not microsoft, we can not stay behind forever. Microsoft did not ban windows 95 or 3.11. It just...

Re: RIP BA
I dont undestand the reason of the ban.
Why not to just let players to play whatever they want to?
Is it a harm to play ba 9.46 or spring 103?
Why ban???

SPADS shutdown
Hi. Recently I had established a SPADS autohost (2 spads hosts on the one server). The launch command is: perl spads/spads.pl hosts/1v1/etc/spads.conf & perl spads/spads.pl hosts/2v2/etc/spads.conf & They work OK several days and then showtdown. I don't see any reason in logs. Just this: // ...

Feature Request: Antitroll patch
Can it be done like so? Combomb condition: only if number of enemy units in the blast range >= ally units. Nuke/tac nuke target condition: only if number of enemy units in the blast range >= ally units. Commando bomb placement: only if none of ally buildings in blast range. DGun condition: no ally b...

Re: "Local mexes" widget 1.0
It works differently in your demo than I thought. That's not a bad thing, but it begs the question, why not allow the player to set the perimeter manually as well? That would be a lot more useful than ONLY relying on your outer mexes not getting asploded/built. Maybe this will be implemented in fut...

Re: "Local mexes" widget 1.0
Sorry for that , but I was trying to fix the bug with perimeter: https://github.com/spike-spb/local-mexes/issues/9, it's not so easy as I thought.Forboding Angel wrote:You never made an excludedUnits array, Bad JetBird!

Re: "Local mexes" widget 1.0
Strange, but in new BA 8.18/Spring 100 I don't see my widget in the list of widgets. Does anybody know if there were some breaking changes?

Re: "Local mexes" widget 1.0
Thank you for this little code review. Is there a widget (for example) with all commander names for all games placed in array for exclusion?Forboding Angel wrote: Use an array instead. Far more robust and less prone to future failure.

Re: "Local mexes" widget 1.0
In new version constructors operate in a whole "team" perimeter of your allies. For the clarity it's vizualized with transparent polygon: https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/9379087/7523281/605e96d0-f503-11e4-80b9-509180046edc.jpg https://github.com/jet-bird/local-mexes/releases/tag...

"Local mexes" widget 1.0
Hi! I finally created 1.0 version of my very first widget, "Local mexes". It's purpose is to (re-)build mexes inside the perimeter of your base (using idle air/water/ground constructors). The perimeter is calculated automatically as the base grows. See the video: http://www.youtube.com/wat...

Problems with CTRL, CAPS LOCK and ALT keys (in Linux).
Hello! In this new BA versions (or spring version 98.0, I don't know exactly) there are some problems with keys. Maybe you can advice me something so I could fix them? * I have Linux, and Ctrl and Caps lock swapped in system (KDE 4.12, and spring 96 recognized that swapping), but 98 and BA 8.05 forc...
