Ban User from Spring (not just Servers)
We sadly have someone who is a known hacker, killing games. He is able to gain complete control of all settings.
This might be via a map exploit, which is again known to exist.
Ideally we need a way to completely remove said player from connecting at all to the Lobbies.
Is this possible?

I dont normally get caught up in this stuff, but I will urge some caution BAR is not out. The only real games which are happening on the official right now is TA. Does anyone know the commands or conf settings to restrict units
I want to put some limits on number of spam units / t1 labs in the game mainly to try and curb the spam to win play and the massive impact it has on the engine.

I could certainly help out there if people needed some build bot to crack on with. More over, with a little donation I would look at getting a Mac Pro - running Yosemite setup on the Fibre connection which could be used. I hate having to run Spring in Virtual clients!!
