It's a first page that pops on Google once you type in "Balanced TA" so I loaded it and instantly looked for "download".

Perhaps put an old download link in strike and put a link there to a new download page?

Obviously those who speak English well cannot solve this task either. Besides - questions on registration form should help you find who is a bot, not who speaks english well.
